Our K70 controllr programmed first time but after that it showing the  "Cannot enter into debug mode" message on keil compiler. we are using ULINK2 programmer.

So we aer tried with Jlink debugger & tried for Unlock but "Read from DP/AP resister failed"

It looks like a hardware problem or perhaps debug configuration is expecting JTAG mode and your hardware is in SWD mode. Have you checked that?
