Using ULINK2 and uVision for programming .elf files

I'm working on a project using a MK60DN521 with KDS. I was using a JLink for debugging but unfortunately it's broken, so I can't use it to program my boards. I have an old ULINK2. I've tried to load the .elf file using it with uvision. The programming looks quite fine but the boards don't work. Is there some special configuration on uvision before i can program the .elf file to the MK60DN512?

Hi Rodrigo Martins.

These points you need to check:

1.  Check your older ULINK2, whether it can support the kinetis chip or not?

2. Did you connect the right JTAG or SWD wire sequence between the K60 and ULINK2? You can find a K60DN512 keil project, then use the ULINK2 to debug it, whether the code can work in debug mode? If yes, please make sure it is downloaded to the flash instead of the RAM.

Please check it at first.

Have a great day,
Kerry
