Simple Way to Program K20 without CW?

Is there a simpler way than using CW to initial program for K20 using JTAG on the PCB?  I have about 50 PCBs to program, so don't want to invest in a production tester.  We use the PE multilink and CW for development programming.  Thanks.

Does the Cyclone MAX can meet you ?

It can program the kinetis MCUs.
