SRAM size and location for MK64FX512VLL12

Can someone from NXP please confirm the SRAM size and address range for the MK64FX512VLL12?

Per the datasheet, this should be 256KB, but there's conflicting information in the reference manual. The reference manual indicates a size of 256 KB, but address range of 0x1FFF_0000-0x2001_FFFF (which is only 192 KB)

Yes, the MK64FX512VLL12 has 256 KB of SRAM. Still, I will escalate your remarks on the address ranges in the Reference Manual as a possible documentation error and will get back to you as soon as I receive a response.

Interal concurred with the documentation error. The address ranges of all the listed devices should be 0x1FFF_0000 - 0x2002_FFFF. Thanks for reporting this mistake.
