Hi Ashraf,

EZP_CS is the chip select for signaling the start and end of serial transfers.(For more detail about EzPort, please read "Chapter 30 EzPort" in K22P121M120SF7RM)

30.2.2 EzPort Chip Select (EZP_CS).jpg

If the NMI input is low and the NMI function is enabled in the NMI_DIS field, this results in an NMI interrupt. The processor executes an Exception Entry and reads the NMI interrupt handler address from vector-table offset 8. The CPU begins execution at the NMI interrupt handler.

If you don't need these function, external 4.7 kΩ to 10 kΩ pullup is recommended.

These two function can be disabled in the flash option register (FOPT).

If you want use this Pin as GPIO function, please refer below:

  Disable NMI_b pin/interrupt KL04Z?

Need to use pin PTA4 but not as NMI_b (KL15)

Best Regards,

Robin
