I can not find an IBIS model for MK22FN1M0AVMC12 on product web page.
How  or where can I  get IBIS model for MK22FN1M0AVMC12 ?

Hi,

Sorry we recommend to use the K24 IBIS module as a reference for K22. K22 is a subset of K24 that without extended RAM.
