Issues compiling the TWRK40X256QSDLAB

Has anyone been able to get the TWR-K40X256 demo code to compile using CW10.3 and MQX3.7?  I have a new TWR-K40X256 kit and have been able to successfully get through the quick start demo lab guide (TWRK40X256QSDLAB) up to step 38, where you have to build the demo code project. The build fails with 7 errors:

Can anyone give me some hints what to try to get this demo to compile?

Hello -

No. I don't have CW 10.1. I didn't see it available for download any longer.  I'm trying to use the newest tools, so I'd really like to know what to do to get the code to compile on CW 10.3.
