Hi, Hari

For SPI module connection, you can connect as below.

N25Q128AESF40F        K60

DQ1                             SPI1_SIN

DQ0                             SPI1_SOUT

C                                 SPI1_SCK

S                                 SPI1_PCS

HOLD signal should be pull-up for normal communication.

W signal should be pull-up for non-write protection. If you want to control this signal, you can connect to one GPIO.

Hope my reply can help you.

Best Regards

Paul

Hi Hari,

N25Q128A11ESF40F support SPI interface just like AT26DF081A which is a flash memory chip in TWR-EME board. I suggest that you can reference its schematic and I will send the schematic along with the email.

But one thing should attract your attention, the supply voltage of  N25Q128A11ESF40F is between 1.7 and 2.0 V, however the range of K60 is 1.7 to 3.6V.

Their supply voltage should be guaranteed at same level. Wish you succeed.

Best Regards,

Ping

Hi Ping Zhou,

Thank you very much.I am going to use TXB0304RUT { 4-BIT BIDIRECTIONAL VOLTAGE-LEVEL TRANSLATOR WITH AUTOMATIC DIRECTION
SENSING} from TI.

If possible please suggest the how connections are to be done. This IC has only for pins but I have 4 signals here. Can I use voltage divider for W signal.

  K60TXB0304(3V3)
SPI1_SINA1
SPI1_SOUTA2
SPI1_SCKA3
SPI1_PCSA4
WVoltage divider

Given above is the connections which I planned. If have any alternative or Suggestions please let me know.

Thanks&Regards
