Are K60_120 and K60_150 MHz identical??

I got a question regarding:

MK60FX512VLQ12

MK60FX512VLQ15

Asking me if they were identical, but for the core speed of course, well the answer is yes they are identical, the have the same communication and peripheral sets, the only difference is the core speed.
