PE Micro debugging issues with KDS and MKL03 microcontroller

We have been using KDS with PEMicro to debug MKL03 micro.  The debug session starts and breaks at main() as expected, but when we resume running, there are breakpoints encountered at different RAM locations (0x20000258, etc.) where code should not even be running.  Has anyone experienced similar issues, and is there a way to prevent these breakpoints from occurring?

Creating simple projects nor using demo applications did not help the issue.

I uninstalled the PEMicro Eclipse Plug-in from KDS, and re-installed (from Install New Software menu) and that seemed to have cleared my issues.  After the fresh install of the plugin, the debugger operates as expected.
