I'm losing calibration and settings when I power cycle the FMU, what's wrong?

I've had to callibrate everything twice now. If plug and unplug the battery then reconnect with USB to QGroundControl all the callibrations are gone?

This is an issue with some bad components that were used. New FMUs should not have this problem (unless another batch of bad components appears again).
