Hello there:
i get some issues about the OTP configurations for FS 2633 PN.
FS 2633 datasheet info | NXP conments | MY conments |
External wakeup source for wke1 and wke2 ,high level is needed; | What is the voltage level needed on the wake inputs? Change to review | High level threshold for both wke1 and wke2. |
GPIO 1 need to be configured as “high side ” | Currently configured as push-pull. Can you provide a rough drawing of the circuit use case? Change to review | For battery heating function in the Pack application concerns ,Cosmx need a high side driver output for the circuit. Otherwise we need to add other circuits and diagnostic strategy can not be integrated. See the circuit below for reference figure1.

There is no 9V output voltage for FS2633 on VBST. | Datasheet only provides some estimates of the output current for some voltages, however 9V is possible, we can do the needed calculations, based on your output current, if we decide to do a new OTP, we can select 8V instead. Change to review | For VBST circuit in the low voltage input range like 4V ~6V ,the boost need to be activated and the current need to be monitored for Safety. 8V is ok. |
System Safety configuration:what is the difference between the two set? | RSTB 8s timer is very different than watchdog timer enable. RSTB 8s, is to detect RSTB stuck low, and go to Deep sleep in case RSTB is stuck. Watchdog Timer enable only means that Watchdog is enabled and it will expect a watchdog refresh once in normal mode. | Copy the information. In the developing stage, the debug mode is configured for debug. By now the configuration sequence is that:First enter the debug mode(hardware design) and then SW set SBC into normal mode. Whether 8s timer enable will affect the usage or not? |
LDO1 OTP configuration can be change from 3.3V to 5V ,because 5V voltage is a general voltage standard for 12V BMS | So you need both LDO1 and LDO2 at 5V? LDO2 is already at 5V, can’t this be sufficient? Please provide use case. Change to review. | LDO2 for 5V is enough for current design. But for BMS optimization 3.3V voltage for LDO1 can not be used ever. Especially for S32k324 or high level MCU edition. So the more the better for 5 volt usage and application.(this item is not a forced requirement). |
| For the file from last email, the TRK1 source changed compared to the datasheet.
| Why both track sources changed to LDO2? |

What can I do for your ?
