still facing this issue

Hello,

before going into BCC_S32K144 analysis, we can try to look at the issue from a more general view. The error you get tells the Serial COM port does not exist or is not operating correctly.

Please go to Project Options and see the serial port settings. It is possible you have a bad port selected. Use the drop-down list to select one of the active ports.
