It depends on the pin capacitance and the configured Drive Strength.
This sort of thing is usually only detailed in an IBIS file, but these aren't available for many of the NXP parts.
One is available for the MCF5329. This link might (or might not) get you to it. You could download this and see what the parameters look like for this chip.
