For a school project my team needs to connect to a passenger vehicle using OBD II and the CAN diagnostic port inside the vehicles passenger compartment. We have found the information regarding the FlexCAN in the user manual, but cannot understand it and have not gotten a signal out.
Once we can get it to transmit then we also need to understand how to send and receive the data we want. None of us have too much experience with microproccesors, and it appears that Processor Expert does not support this board.
