Coldfire MCF52259 Evaluation board problem with the SPI Clock

Has anyone had an issue with getting the SPI clock to register on J1 pin 21 on the evaluation board?  Currently I am having an issue with getting a clock signal out.  My register settings are follows:

QMR - 0xA0C8

QDLRY - 0x0101

PORTQS - 0x7F

DDRQS - 9x99

SETQS - 0x6F

PWSPAR - 0x1555

Has anyone used the QSPI_SCK pin on the J1 connector?
