CW 7.0 error cannot open memory configuration file

I'm using CW 7.0 on Win XP with the M5211 Demo board (P&E USB BDM).

AFter I've compiled my project and want to download it to the board, I click the debug button and get the message

"cannot open memory configuration file"

I know the memory configuration (.elf and .s19) files are there and I think are "openable".  Any idea as to what this error message is really saying and how to fix it.  What specific file is not openable, etc.?

Hey all, I fixed my own problem, but found an interesting error. 

My student is using Win XP with the Russian (Cyrilic) character set and the problem was that project was in a path that had a Russian name C:\Documents and Settings\Askhat\{Russian name for Desktop}\Project

Turns out CF 7.0 chokes on that Russian character string for desktop...

If any CF support people read this, just thought I'd pass it along.
