I need to  program an m68hc12b and can only find s12sb32

I don't know what's sb32. 68HC912B32 home page is here. Documentation is still available

You mentioned you can't fined m68hc12b, where? in CW or web site? please send me the problem screenshot.

anyway, m68hc12b is a derivative name, not a part number name. Please check the part number on your chip then find it in CW. m68hc12b32 is supported in CW5.1.

for s12sb32, I don't think this part number exist.
