I've received info from the Technical writer of this AN.

To resume...

This is a very old application based on 56F805 device.

The software was included in the SDK.

This example was build for old CodeWarrior development tool and not on last version.

There is a newer DRM102 including software too:

     http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=RDDSCPMSMVC&fasp=1

Other DRMs are available too (sensorless only).
