To program with a BIN file, please choose Eclipse CodeWarrior v10.6.4, and create a Target Task for flash programmer, or use the 'Flash File to Target' feature.

If you have S-record file, beside CodeWarrior v10.6.4, you can also choose 56800E Flash Programmer v1.2.
This tool is free and can be downloaded from our website in your CodeWarrior Suite. To find it, please
- Go to www.nxp.com
2. Log in with your old registered member ID and password which is from Freescale old website
3. Click on Software Licensing and support (under SECURE APPLICATIONS)— page appears showing your currently licensed products
4. In ‘Product List’ page, select your CodeWarrior Suite
5. In the next page for the Product Information in your Suite, please select CodeWarrior 8.3 for DSC, see the attached screenshot - Click on “CW for DSC Standalone Flash Programmer v1.2.exe” to download the installer, please see the attached screenshot
After installing, you also need o update CCS driver to supports USBTAP debugging on Windows 7.
