Seems this is an error related to the Data Base of OSEK License. You might need to replace your entitlement ID

Please send an email to support@freescale.com so they can generate a new OSEK entitlement. Before sending the email make sure you are registered on the Freescale.com site.

Freescale have already generated a new OSEK entitlement to me ,but the problem is not sloved
