I have seen the similar problem from our customer. Do you have license file under the folder: “C:\Freescale\CW MCU v10.6\MCU”?
It was a problem with the license manager as I suspected based on the faulting module LMGR11.dll reported by Windows.
The customer found a solution with Google from discussions of CodeWarrior users. The license manager crashes like this if you have files with invalid date on your computer.
In addition, v10.6 is an old version. Please upgrade to CW10.6.6.
Please first install CW10.6.4 which can be downloaded from:
CodeWarrior for Microcontrollers-Eclipse IDE|NXP
Its update v10.6.5 and v10.6.6 are also available at the same link.
