How to generate an Interrupt for GPIO in MC9S12XEP100

Hi , 

I want to write an interrupt for a switch connected to the GPIO input port in MC9S12XEP100, 

I am not able to figure out how to as I am new to this.

How can we raise an interrupt and how to write the code for it ?

Please see attached document of how to implement interrupt.

There is also a demo code, it's not for xep100 but method is the same.
