Codewarrior for 56364?

Where can I find codewarrior for DSP56364?

Is it same as for Starcore?

Can I use Symphony Studios instead of codewarrior?

What do you recommend?

No, that isn't a StarCore part. StarCore DSP part numbers start with either MSC or SC. See this page. Go to the CodeWarrior for DSP page on this web site and see if it supports this part. I've not heard anything about Symphony Studios and so I can't comment on it.
