I'm looking for the year what the 6809 MCU (MC6809E and similar parts) were discontinued.
I'm aware most of the ICs made by Motorola were discontinued and made by On Semi about 1999/2000. Some MCUs were still made until 2004. Was the 6809 in production still in 2004 or can anyone give me a final order / obsolescence date? I'm trying to avoid buying remarked parts for a repair as I've had a lot of issues acquiring good ones.
