Thanks for reading my thread. I met some troubles when I am working on the experience of one-way thyristor. Can you help me out?
I took a board to do the experience today. The air pump was controlled by silicon. The working current is low just about 50mA. But it’s ridiculous that the silicon is in a heavy heating. Just working for a while,silicon began to smoke. The SCR I used is BT151 which from NXP. This is BT151's datasheet and the following picture is my circuit:
Do you know where occurs problems? How to sovle it?
