LCD drive problem - MC09S08LL16

Hi everyone,
I have a LCD drive problem.

I want to drive a 8x24 LCD drive. LCD voltage is 3V and f = 51 Hz. via MC09S08LL16 microcontrller.

Problem;
When I set more than 3 segment on the same Frontplane the other segments are also appear but they are weak.

If I set only one segment this segment is also weak.
1 to 3 segment is working fine. The position of the segment doesnt care, but they must be on the same FP.

I hope someone can help me.

Try to put some external pullups on the lines. Bye Jack

thanks for advise,

I change the configuration from Charge Pump enable to resistor devider enable and the problem is gone.

I hope the solution is not temporay..
