has anyone an idea how to unlock the EEPROM when EENVR (location $FE1C) is programmed to $00 ?

You can't do it. The EEPROM security cannot be removed once armed.

Not even when bulk-erasing the whole flash array? That should reset EENVR too, shouldn't it?

I don't think EENVR is stored in Flash, but in EEPROM.
The 908AZxxA has both and separated.
