AN3927 problem device cannot start with JM60

Hello, i'm trying to use USB MSD bootloader with JM60 but when i connect the microcontroller to the HOST there is a message "device cannot start(code 10)" . Anyone had the same problem? How can i solve it?

I'm using Code warrior 6.3, AN3927 code reference and windows 10.

The AN3927 is old, and there is not a new version for it, you can check the recommendation on the following thread

Also codewarrior 6.3 is not recommended to run on windows 10, maybe you also have some problem with the windows driver
