I.MX6DQP DDR3 Script not supporting DDR3-1866

Hi,

We are in the board bring up stage of an imx6qp based custom board. This custom board is interfaced with a memory of 4Gb( 1GB x 4) DDR3  ( MT41K64M16DA-107AIT:J).

The memory type of this chip is DDR3L-1866 but in the DDR script in the drop down option there is up to 1600.

Could you please help us to get an update excel script file for generating DCD configuration.

Also provide the memory calibration tool.

  So shall we need to update the below values according to DDR3-1600 ? as per datasheet the values are different for 1600 and 1866

tRCD=tRP=CL (ns)

tRC Min (ns)

tRAS Min (ns)
