There is a broken link on the web site, this happens when trying to enter to your SW from the view order site. 

 

 

 

Error 

 

The workaround for this is to access thru SW Licensing and Support view, log to www.nxp.com in go to the home site. 

 

 

 

 this broken link will be fixed early September.
