Strange AxIDE driver problem for MC9S12HY64 demo board

I can scarcely believe it, but when I went to install the AxIDE utility today for the MC9S12HY64 demo board, it failed at the point where one has to pick the target directory. The default is a directory on the C drive, but in my case since I have a dual boot Linux / XP system, the hard drive is the E: drive instead. I click on the icon to browse for the target folder and the wizard then exits with a message that the C drive is not available. I basically have no opportunity to browse or even edit the C to E drive letter in the path. It is as if the fixed drive is "hard wired" to C drive in the code.... Anyone know a workaround or updated driver utility that does not have this problem ? The executable I am having a problem with is AxIDE385.exe Dated 7/26/2004 9:59am Thanks
