Hello,

please find attached a detailed picture of the issue. I'm wondering if this is correct.

Hi Frank,

I recommend you to refer i.MX RT1050 datasheet  where this section has been updated and has more information that could be useful for you.

Best regards,

Felipe

Hi Felipe,

thank you for your help. But unfortunately I cannot find any updated information in this document. Actually the SEMC section is quiet the same as in RT1064 document. At page 43 it is exactelly the same diagram and values. Also the other pages related to SEMC are not different. I compared both documents by searching for SEMC keyword.

My question is just this. Normally in most uC datasheets the output setup and hold times are specified at rising edge. But here it is the falling edge. And now I'm not sure whether there is maybe a mistake in the diagram. Do you know the diagram is correct? I need this information to calculate timing margins.

Thanks in advance

Best regards,

Frank

Hi Frank,

You are correct, sampling time should be at rising edge. You can also refer to the diagram in reference manual.
