My S32K144EVB-Q100 board can be downloaded through IAR before, but now I can’t download the board and can’t connect, how to solve it？

Hi:

My board can be downloaded through IAR before,

today,I try download program with S32 Design Studio for ARM Version:2018.R1 IDE with GHS and Open SDA,

Then I try IAR download,I find IAR can not download also!

Can you help me?   I only have the one S32K144EVB-Q100 Board,the S32K144 processor is broken?                                 I hope your help, thanks very much!
