SN5169 or SN5179

I would like to test a module with integrated antenna in an environment with 125 °C. All the modules I found are only specified up to 85 °C. Is it possible to order an amount of modules with the 125-degree-IC on it?

Hi Juergen,

Just to confirm, is the JN5169 that you are referring for?

The JN5169 Module Temperature range: 40 C to +85 C.

Unfortunately, we do not provide a module that supports 125 C

Mario

Thank you for this information.
Sorry for my typing error: This question concerns the ICs JN5169 and JN5179.

Which is the best way to realise a board with one of these ICs? From the customers point of view, I think the best way is to take the NXP-Designs for modules with integrated antenne, produce a PCB, and populate it with the 125-degree-version of the SoC. Does NXP provide the schematics and PCB-Designs of the modules to customers?

Hi Juergen,

I recommend the JN5169 device, the IC supports 125 grades, but the JN516X module supports 85-degree.

Does NXP provide the schematics and PCB-Designs of the modules to customers?
