For MFRC531 to read the serial number from a 14443B card, is sending “File read” APDU command sequence (File ID is - FE, 14) as { 0x00, 0xA4, 0x08, 0x00, 0x02, 0xFE, 0x14, 0x00} correct?  Trying to implement additional card type support on existing code.

As I know, 0x00, 0xA4 is "Select File" command.
