[i.MX6] How to set the max USB link rate to USB 1.0 (1.5Mbps) on Yocto 2.1?

Can I set the max USB link rate to USB 1.0 (1.5Mbps) in the USB 2.0 host controller port?
If I can set, can you tell me how to modify source code on Yocto 2.1?

speed selection is described in sect.7.1.5.1 Low-/Full-speed Device Speed Identification

USB 1/2 specification found on usb.org, it is handled in hardware and seems there is no way to

change it in software.
