We use MC9S08GT32A and reasonably high percentages of product is returned as not operational. The parts are programmed again and become fully operational. To date no analysis of the problem has been conducted but returned parts will be closely examined now. We suspect static may be involved in the failures but have not yet been able to reliably recreate/repeat the failure. Posting now (without any analysis) in case this problem is known.
