Hi there,

I have a couple of MPC5554AZP132 BGAs and would like to know how to interpret the BGA lid markings please?

The idents are:

(Device 1)   QMX1315;  YOMXQ, and

(Device 2)   QHC1409; AIHCQ

I guess this will tell me the date of manufacture and the die revision?

Is there an errata sheet for this die revision?

Thanks.

There is only one mask for the device and it is M68C, and it is RevB of the chip. Both devices are equal, only with different date code.
