Is the MM9Z1_638 able to calculate the gas gauge and output it via CAN?

I want to use the MM9Z1_638 as a gas gauge for a 12V LiFePo Battery and output the value via CAN bus.

Can anybody tell me if this is possible, or how it works?

Hi,

Unfortunately we do not have any document or reference design about using the MM9Z1_638 as a gas gauge, however, it is totally possible to use this battery sensor to calculate the gas gauge of the battery and output it by CAN.

I recommend you to take a look at the MM9Z1_638 datasheet for more details.
