USB bulk transfers

I am a bit new in USB device development. The thing is that I would like to implement USB bulk transfers.

Library for USB handling in PC side will be libUsb-win32.

Is USB bulk transfers half-duplex or full-duplex? LPC1769 controller is used.

USB bulk transfers are going to be half-duplex since the bus is a packet based communication carried over a single differential signal.
