Hi, i can't seem to get the usb isp bootloader thingy to work, windows reports unreconized device, and osx/linux does nothing.

http://embeddedartists.com/support/qsb/lpc1343 is the board that i have.

Does anybody have a idea? (also i haved got any of the usb example running)

Try pressing the BL (bootloader) button on the EA LPC1343 board while plugging the device into a USB port.  It should enter ISP mode, and assuming that VBUS is high, it should show up as a mass storage device on your PC.
If that doesn't work, with the hardware already plugged into the PC, try pressing the BL button, then press and release the RESET button.  The LPC1343 should show up as a mass storage device on your PC.

It does not show on Windows or mac or linux.
