MPC5746R BD Hardware Issue

Hi,

Customer use MPC5746R BD (MAPBGA-292 package), and find the code can be downloaded but the external oscillator is not work.
Compare the H/W with the EVB schematic, the different is the voltage of VDD_HV_FLA, it's 5V not 3.3V.
Any suggestion is appreciate.

Problem solved!

Customer forget to supply VDD_HV_IO_JTAG.
