Hello guys,

do you know different between S08PA4 and S08PA4A???

 

In this document on page 4 Is note about a new revision only. But i need more technical details....

Hello Jiri,

The “A” part numbers describes the differences among different S08P silicones (version 1.1, version 2.0, and version 2.1).

For example, MC9S08PA4AVTG is “A” part number, whereas MC9S08PA4VTG is old part number.

Version 1.1 – PA4 0N36F

“A” part

Version 2.0 – PA4 0N38J

Version 2.1 – PA4 0N22P

For detailed chip bugs, please refer to the corresponding chip ERRATA found here​.
