I bougth PEmicro USB hcs08 multilink rev c and it programs the flash of the rs08 but I can not in circuit debbug because CW 5.1 for hc(s)08 special edition does not recognize any bdc command.

I get for instance:
in>background
Error: no such command: background
If the command exists, open the matching component and try it again.

All the other commands (such as go,stop,t,etc.)work well.

Hello

What are you trying to achieve here?
What is bdc command expected to do?

Hello CrasyCat,

I use mc9rs08ka2 as taget MCU and I want to debbug it using the active background mode commands (read_ status,write_control,etc.) with pemicro usb multilink and cw5.1.

I just now received the following explanation that give me the answer:
BDC command can not run in command window. BDC command is a protocol
just for USB HCS08 Multilink communicating with target MCU.
You can type 'help' in command to get all commands that can running in
command window.
So, the commands that you can run in command window and BDC commands
are
very different system.
Generally, Hiwave will send the command you ran in command window to
Multilink and Multilink will translate this command to BDC command and
then send it to target MCU.
