imxrt1052 上电概率性启动异常问题

软件：相同的程序（仅仅为了适配两个板，led的io不一样）

硬件：两个板，一个开发板，一个自己做的板。核心元器件是一样

问题：开发板每次插拔电源都能正常启动。自己做的板，插拔电源时，概率性程序没有正常运行，有时候通过复位可以正常运行，有时不行

Would you please help to check the power-up sequence with your board? Make sure that the power-up sequence matches the requirements in the data-sheet.

In particular, it is recommended to try increasing the value of 0.2xRC to ensure that DCDC_IN reaches 3V.
