Issue in SDK functions CLOCK_GetSysPfdFreq() and CLOCK_GetUsb1PfdFreq()

Hello,

These functions produce incorrect results for some PFD ratios, specifically for PFD=1 (FRAC=18). I reported this issue about two years ago and just found that the latest RT1011 and RT1061 SDK releases still include the bug. My original post describes the problem in detail and also shows how the code should be fixed.

Is this the right place to report SDK issue? If there is a better way, please advice.
