IMXRT1176 FlexSPI AHB REGION START END Address

Hi I'm trying to enable the FlexSPI prefetch buffer regions as described in 30.3.21.3.

However when writing into AHBBUFREGION0START the value doesn't change.

Is there any example/sequence on how to this up?
I've followed the sequence in the picture but haven't gotten success.
