Hi @Bay ,

Thanks so much for using the NXP solution platform, I would like to provide service for you.

   Do you use this platform:

When you connect the cloud to the Azure cloud meet the issues?

Do you use the SE050 secure or not? If you use the SE050, you also need to upload your SE050 related provisioning to the cloud, I think, you also can try to without the SE050, it may make things easy.

I mean like this:

If still have issues, tell me your detail steps about the cloud configuration, and the code configuration, and also some video about your platform, it will helps to identify the root issues, thanks.

Best Regards,

kerry

Hi @Bay ,

  Thanks for your information.

Do you also try the method without the SE050, whether that works or not?

I just want to check, whether your network side is working OK, not from the secure side.

Please also help to check the method without the SE050, thanks.

Any updated information, please kindly let me know.

Best Regards,

Kerry

What should I do to test without SE050?

Is it change the code? Or just remove the Se050 from the setup?
