Dear forum,

We've noticed strange behaviour using MIMXRT1176 chip. When we set DCDC 1P0 buck target to 1.35V (kDCDC_1P0BuckTarget1P325V) or higher using DCDC_SetVDD1P0BuckModeTargetVoltage() function, USB stops working correctly. We're not sure what's wrong – my guess is something with USB clocks.

Is this a software or a hardware bug? Our project specification requires using internal DCDC with 1P0 buck target 1.35V and higher.

Regards
